Olivia Wilde's one-apartment dinner comedy is a sharp, well-acted farce that most critics love and a few find loses its nerve when it turns earnest. Cruz and Norton steal it; the cast and script carry the first two-thirds.
Four of the five reviews it draws on are warm, one is guarded. Worth an evening on HBO Max if you like talky, awkward-dinner comedy.
