Beware Boiúna

A giant-snake horror that critics split on: some call it the scariest of its kind, others say it hides its monster out of nerves. Even its fans call the story thin, and nearly all praise the atmosphere. Worth it if you want dread and blood from a creature feature that plays it straight.

One critic reaches for Jaws; another calls it time-pass.
